Jamie Wuerthner

Owner/Head Coach 

Jamie is a wife and mother of 3. Jamie grew up participating in competitive swimming but as life happens her fitness seemed to slip away from her. In January of 2014, Jamie began a strength & conditioning program and completely fell in love. Soon Jamie found that what started as an activity to lose weight turned into so much more. Her fitness journey became more about empowerment, strength, endurance, confidence and community than only physical appearance.

Jamie is passionate about meeting an athlete at their current ability. She believes true fitness is being the best version of yourself. Her experience has taught her that anyone can be an athlete.

Barbara Trammell

Coach 

Barbara loves spending time with her family, traveling, bicycling, and hanging out with her girlfriends.      

For years she has loved all things fitness…from the days of Jane Fonda’s jazzercise, step class, spin class, 5k races, mud runs, yoga, pilates and bootcamp.  After several injuries, she decided to take a break and reevaluate where she wanted to go in her fitness journey.  She began working on her strength and conditioning with Jamie in 2015, where she improved her form and learned to modify for previous injuries. She has helped build a community of unconditional support at Rock Fitness. In January of 2017 Barbara was given the opportunity to coach. She has found a love for coaching and feels very blessed to be a part of the inspiring and empowering team at Rock Fitness.

Natalie Moncrief 

Coach 

Natalie is a wife and mother of 4. She enjoys hiking, listening to live music, and traveling. She has always led an active lifestyle. Growing up she watched her mom teach aerobics classes, sometimes inconspicuously working out in the back of the room. Natalie enjoyed playing softball from little league through high school, and intramurally in college. Natalie has a competitive spirit and enjoys challenging herself and learning new things. She has participated in numerous races: 5k-half marathons, triathalons, Spartan obstacle course challenges, and functional fitness competitions. She strives to be a role model for healthy living for her family and friends, just like her mom.

 

In 2017, Natalie reached a plateau with her fitness. She decided to join the Rock Fitness team. The training program at Rock Fitness provided a whole new set of goals to achieve...ultimately taking her fitness to the next level. She's passionate about the Rock Fitness community and excited to work with the coaching staff to help people reach their fitness goals.

Jill nieto

Coach 

Jill is a Cardiac Tech at a local hospital and a mother to a 7 year old girl. She played many sports, but mainly soccer throughout childhood into adulthood. She lives an active lifestyle and enjoys learning and indulging in functional fitness, nutrition and personal development. When she is not in the gym you can find her spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, or diving deep into books and podcasts.


Jill joined Rock Fitness in 2019, as she found herself wanting more out of fitness, rather than the inconsistent traditional gym regimen. Her love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle grew into a passion and  has a desire to share that with others. Within that year, she made many habit changes and made it a goal to get her Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certificate and make her ambition of coaching become a reality.


She believes fitness is the essence of overall wellness. Jill says, the community, the philosophy behind functional fitness, and the growth mindset you can gain will change your life for the better, not only physically, but mentally. 


Jill thrives on seeing others overcoming adversity and challenging themselves, getting the mental and physical gains they always wanted, or didn't believe they can achieve. Celebrating all victories and milestones along the way. Any knowledge, tools, support or encouragement she can give to help others achieve and reach their fitness and nutrition goals or a better self, is why she made the leap into coaching. Even if it's to escape the daily stressors of life, or if it's your hour of daily self care, if she can make that one of the best hours of your day, she believes she did her job.
